3. Damaged or Defective Materials

The Company will not accept claim for damaged materials unless notified in writing within 7 working days of delivery to the Customer. |

5. Delivery

All orders (subject to stock being available) are normally dispatched within 48 hours, but please allow up to a maximum of 25 days for delivery. If any delays occur, we will keep you informed. If delivery is delayed beyond 25 days, we will give you the option of receiving a refund of any payments that you have made. |

6. Specifications and Information

All Goods shown and specified on our web site are representative only ,whilst we endeavour to ensure information on our web site is correct please note that exact photographic reproductionsand finishes are difficult to reproduce accurately on web sites and that customers should not place undue reliance upon such reproductions. |

7. Cancellation

Goods are able to be returned subject to the following Returns statement:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may within 7 days of purchase date return them to us for a full refund.

Then return the goods to us in their original boxed unused condition accompanied with your authorisation number. As long as they are returned in this condition and you pay for the return carriage we will refund the cost of your purchase as promptly as we can.
In the unlikely event we have sent you the wrong bulbs or they have been damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days so that we can rectify the situation to your satisfaction. |
